It was great learning curve to work in supply chain management

Working at Supply chain management. Daily dealing with clients from the company and outside the company. Good relationship with co-workers because they clearly understand the police standard on this environment regarding issuing resources to be productive when they performing their duties to the utmost best. I have learnt how to deal with different characters from different background,client is always right,.How to deal with challenges like shortage of resources while the community need to be served by essential services like SAPS.Making orders toners, uniform, stationery within a time frame and monitoring what I have ordered while issuing .Keeping files up-to-date and recording on the system .Stock control and managing the stock.Challenges are when my suppliers take time to deliver it is beyond measures but I always come up with back up by contacting neighbouring police station to assist on whatever is needed the most.

Pros: Client service.Time management.Stock control.Follow up whatever orders or faulty reported. Company must not fail because of lame excuses. Be a got better.Bring constructive ideas.Flexibility.
Cons: Working hours measured by the circumstances of the company in that particular time .I must always avail myself on behalf of the company .Accessible or reachable telephonewise and place of residence

Learng more skill which ican use any where for a beneficial

Iwas working underpressure some time they were not giving us enough tools bt when they get back to us they were expecting more tools and they were paying us less money in such away we 'r unable to buy enough food for oir families

Pros: Was not sertisfy about working condittion
Cons: We were working long hours
