Great environment to learn
Our daily duty is to manage files, answer phone calls, answer clients queries and direct them to responsible people as well as acting on-behalf of our supervisors. We articulates some duties in team. I have learnt to work under pressure and in isolation. I enjoy assisting and engaging with clients. the most challenging aspect of the job is to deal with furious client who is adamant.

Good working environment
Customer relations, meeting different people at all levels, recruiting staff for the organisation temporary and permanent staff. Good team work. we work as a team. Good communication, computer skills, analytical, organising,interpersonal and customer care skills. Working with people. Expected to do more with limited resources.

Excellent learning
We worked as a team of 10 people per shirt. Working 8 for eight hours per day. It was a great experience because l have learned a lot and I still want to have more experience from other companies.

Am a wastewater process controller
am working day shift and night shift.so at night I work long huors but day shift am working less hours.the relationship between my co-workers is very excellent since we have to work as a team.What I learned that at my work place is that life outside the working environment is totally different because at the working place you have to indulge yourself into:team spirit,loyality,intergrity and respect. i normally prefer day shift than night shift.the most challenge thing at wastewater treatment plant is long walking distances.

Good learning curve
In Civil Engineering we learned lot ot thing thats a good and give a lot of pressure to complete, In Civil Engineering we learned lot ot thing thats a good and give a lot of pressure to complete, i call it a challenge mind game thats nee a time to plan for so its need a focus. Civil Engineering we do and learn things that a will give you a result that a perfect if you did a proper job and challanges we face them everyday and i like them cause they make mind to be open and be a tank thinker. I learn lot of thing in Civil workers even when things we not yet done by time we make sure we complete it by give overtime by our cause we love our job and working as a Team its a good thing we sure ideas that we we become a family and even on weekends we work if we got lot of challanges it a challenge mind game thats need that need a time to plan and give Community what you promised the they will give you a respect.
