Definitely a learning experience
A typical day - opening and closing of the shop. Dealing directly with customers. (Postnet) I learnt to be patient with customers and how to problem solve. In the event environment I learnt to deal with pressure and how to manage my team. I believe in working with my team to achieve targets. This means sometimes delegating work. I am a team player and get along well with my co-workers. The hardest part of my job would be dealing with customers that are not happy with the services provided. The most enjoyable part of my job was seeing customers smile when they receive the best possible service I could give them. Some days are busier than others.

Cons: You don't get lunch, long hours

Learning curve
I help customers with courier both international and local, help them with copying, printing, scanning and faxing of their documents, and also offer mailbox services assistance.
Pros: good relationship with customers
Cons: long working hours, no tea or lunch break
