Am hard working man with exprience

am working I logistic company on deliver and collections , I have a goo relationship with my co worker we work as a team if we have challeges we plan and solve the issues.i lean a lot for the past 15 years in operations I think I lean more , being a driver , supervisor, admin and being a supervisior , I enjoy the complimates from my customer for the good job am doing and as well my senioers, the most challeges aspects of my job by not deliver on time due the break down of vehicles , sometime when drivers or staff are absent from work this cost a lot in terms of services deliveries. as my relationship with my co worker is good we motivate each other and we advice each other and we plan together

Pros:  Planning and implementation of physical distribution, sorting, transport and administration of parcels to meet customers’ needs
Cons: Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.

_ Self motivated and working flexi hours. _ Communicate effectively with management. _ Analytical – pay attention to details. _ Good reporting writing skills. _Work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent learning curve

- Excellent learning curve - HARDWORKING and excellent relationship with co-workers - i have learnt that customer first and at all times render good quality service to customers - what i enjoyed most is to see clients been help with difficult situation and be happy - challenging aspect is when you are eager to help clients and systems went OFF

Cons: Long working hours

Mind opening
