Key Result Areas / Principle Responsibilities Exceed or achieve territory sales revenues targets, KPM’s and objectives. Ongoing new business development, working across all hierarchy and decision making levels, with the objective of creating as well as retaining, frequently purchasing customers. Ongoing existing account development, working across all hierarchy and decision making levels, with the objective of increasing the frequency of purchases, breadth of purchase, further penetrating accounts to establish new profitable contacts and ensuring customer retention. Development, documentation and intelligent adherence to a planned call cycle that allows the highest possible contact with customers, potential and existing, to achieve set objects and targets. Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential including gathering relevant customer and contact information, understanding the potential of the account, understanding market conditions and the competitive environment.

Nice
Thisvis a large new company, costing R1,8 bil, working under no pressure and a lot of freedom. Only con is we have no permanent contract. My region is Mpumalanga, Limpopo
