Not much growth and monoctinous things all the time at the work place, good vibrant about place but overall not much to do , new jobs given but no pay in it

It has been a life changing journey for me

I work often under pressure. I'm always a team player. I'm well experience and have the knowledge. I've learnt a lot from Powerhouse- their systems and processes. My challenges on a daily basis is ensure my orders are done correctly the first time.

Pros: work in your own space, self dislimline in working on my own.
Cons: low salary, no opportunity for promotion

Excellent learning curve

manageable pressure good employee culture so much i have learnt form order requisition to order reconciliation i enjoy the synergy with the great environment it very challenging to deal with different people with different attitude and age
