Very good with people

I work from 8am to 4:30pm. Its only 5 employees 1 cleaner(me) 2 receptionist and 3 agents 2 of which are Powerhouse Partnership owners. What I have learnt is a good relationship with my co-workers goes a long way creating a warm working environment. Bringing clients into a clean environment is a priority which makes me enjoy my job. The most challenging aspect of my job is the income that I get because I want to further my studies so it does not cover the fees as I also have other expenses.

Pros: being able to work close to people who work with clients teaches me how to treat the clients.
Cons: the low income and the long hours standing up.

Learning how to engage with difficult client expalaining everything they need to know

THE COMPANY IS WORKING HARD WITH ITS EMPLOYEES SO THAT IT CAN GROW AND BUILD A STRONG REALATIONSHIP WITH ITS CLIENTS AND ASLO A PERSON AS AN INDITUAL GROWS

Pros: Working with people most of the times
Cons: Applications not approved and have to advise the client
