I have to do everything, from toilets to plant equipment, painting, mobli machine repairs

I’m an experienced Maintenance Foreman / Supervisor who has supervised and participated in maintenance projects at all stages and phases. Maintaining and upgrading plants that include crushing and recovery plants. Kilns and furnaces – open ach and DC furnaces. Open pit mining operations.

Good Learning Environment

typical day is nothing more than just getting your work done and focus on the next item given. Room for growth is minimum. The employees are very easy to work with and give support when you need a helping hand

Pros: Learning place for people with no experience
Cons: No growth/ development when you in middle management

Great team spirit

Its the great company to work for and there are lot of growth opportunities. The is a great team work. I have learnt a lot by being in contact with different people in different departments.

Better understanding of the market

I work well with all production teams. The people are good people who strive to do the best and give their best in what they do. The support from managers is limited which sometimes demotivate people.
