Learned a lot and grew as a professional

Each one day is never the same which makes the work challenging and exciting. Relationship with co workers is very good due to most of them being with company for long therefore trust and understanding has been built.i have learned professionally how to do my work diligently and as an individual to understand co workers and be good team member. The mine provides services to employees and villagers and this is challenging aspect of the job

Pros: Learning was very good
Cons: Too far from most things
