I have a great relationship with co workers, i get well with people and take all instruction given by my superiors and implement them in time. I have learned that people are different and therefore for you to get the best out of them you need to treat them differently and always make sure that you are fair at all times. The most challenging in my job is people, especially when unionised. But these challenges are easily overcome if you are diplomatic and professional at all times.
Pros: Great Opportunity for Advancing my career
Cons: More than enough work to keep you busy even after hours

Family like atmosphere
I am a hard working team player who can work under pressure and have monthly deadlines. I am currently responsible for 15 sets of accounts, weekly wages, monthly salaries as well as uif etc. We work in a groyp, but every person is responsible for their own list of companies. We work independent without supervision. I am a single mother who whould like to work less hours during the day to spent more time with my daughter. At work we all contibute to suggestions etc to contibute to a more effective way of working...we work well together as a group and support each other.
Pros: Have the trust of the company to do our work without supervision
Cons: Always be available....weekends and when on leave
