It is the best place to learn and grow in work skill set.but if you are looking for a long term career to grow, then opportunities are scarce. Your work will vary and will increase but salaries will not necessarily reflect increased workload.

Pros: Stability, great for growing, variety in work
Cons: No gratitude, no credit for work, lots of critique without constructive format
