working at PMR is great, shifts are tiring at time..working night and afternoonshifts are the most tiring shifts. been here i have learned that i do not only have colleques but they are family, we care for each other..with every 3-minutes safety topic per evry start of shift we get to talk about life outside pmr...even though we do have our differences here and there we always find a way to reach one understanding. i also have learned that i should always take care of the safety of other employess. i enjoy having team building sessions with co-workers outside work. caring is sharing, so with the knowledge i have i share with newly employes employees. with my team we are one big family that is on a mission which is to reach the required production process at our outmost level. we take pride in our work..
Pros: efficient training that does not only prepare one for the company its self but also for the mental growth. even though promotions are scares, the given training sustains a person or exposes a person to greater opportunities outside the company.
Cons: staying on shift when you supposed to knock off is irritated because someone decided not to come to work and there is no one to relief you and you have to stay on and work for about 12 hours or 16 hours overtime.
