Great for working experience

My day includes answering of the telephone transferring calls and taking messages. I receive over the phone/walk-in/fax/emailed customer purchase orders which I then take to the workshop to get picked and packed once complete I then create the invoicing and arrange necessary courier. At the end of the month I send out statements. My relationship with my manager is very good. We have weekly meeting based on the bigger invoicing. Which I have to receive job cards or an quotation in order to invoice for the month. He doesn't put any pressure on me he's very helpful at times. I've gained a lot of book keeping experience where I assist the accountant with creditors. I receive all invoicing and match with our purchase orders before sending for payment. I really enjoy the work flow there is never too much or too little. I keep myself occupied at all times.

Pros: Great working hours they are very flexible and stress free working experience
Cons: No growth, very noisy due to welding, grinding and machinery
