Growth potential

I have worked at Premier Butcheries for +-8 years which is based in Rustenburg, North West. I was Manager there, supervised staff members , managed all office duties. Before moving to Rustenburg, I was a resident of Johannesburg for over 30 years. And I would like to come back here and look for a permanent position in sales / key accounts manager. I also worked for a company called Vendome Distributors which is a Luxury Brand company and I worked for them +-20 years.

Pros: Good learning curve for me
Cons: Long working hours.

Great opportunity working with my father in the family business.

Managed all staff, ordering of stocks, payments , salaries and customer queries. Also had problem solving with the trade unions working closely with our labour lawyer. Always ensured that staff did their jobs perfectly and always encouraged them every day. Also controlled bank accounts, customer payments including all office responsibilities.

Pros: Fantastic opportunity working in the family businesses.
Cons: Working hours extremely long
