Excellent experience

It's a very stressful environment because I work both in insured and uninsured indemnities.In my experience it is very important to separate the two because you need to prioritize and its difficult to do that if you are dealing with people who are not insured and do not understand how insurance works and also with insurance companies there are SLAs that you have to live up to or we get summons.So its very difficult to find a balance between the two. I am a very hard worker and even with all the stress i have managed to come out top and be the top achiever.

Learning curve

1. Collecting supportung documents Answering calls and queries Applying relevant case laws 2. Relationship with co-workers we normally become family and make work a well oiled machine 3. Learnt time management Verification of documents 4. I enjoy the pressures 5. Most challenging is ensuring 8 hours is used most efficiently

My personal view

I am an independent person who is a self-starter and undertake projects which are completed to the latter, with maximum impact. I am punctual and meet deadlines; team player; I have good interpersonal skills and relate well to people, and also confident in communication at different levels. I greatly desire to grow, therefore to be accepted in any vacant position would be a privilege, as this will provide me with the opportunity to add value in your organization and to expand my skills.

Pros: Desire to grow in my career
Cons: i am willing to work 8 hours per day
