Site walk inspection, updating safety files, induct new contractors, conduct toolbox talks. chair safety meetings. the relationship with co-workers is good. i have learnt all the mentioned above. conducting an induction for new contractors getting contractors to comply with the OHS Act requirements and Regulations

Excellent learning curve

Site inspections, Designer, Pricing or tenders, Liase and plan staff work days, Liase with clients, Oversee company and project spending, Comply project programmes, Compile site reports, Follow up on leads, Comply and adhere to specifications

Pros: Learnt to work on all fields in fire protectiob
Cons: Extremely long hours
