It is a coming with big dream of achieving. It a national coming which always looks after its employees and care much about their wellbeing. It also looks after their families as there is scheme for funeral in case of mishaps. And there are bursaries for kids who r doing well at school. The employees are covered in case of accidents the company is growing at a faster pace to compete in the present world market.it is also spreading it's wings to the neighborhood as there are some branches in Lesotho, Botswana and also in Mozambique..Nationally it is almost everywhere

Excellent Learning Skills
I am a person who is creative and innovative talents shine through. My willingness to continuously learn makes me versatile and multi-talented. My greatest strength is my organizational skills and I extremely dedicated. I am a well-spoken person. I am willing to learn and appreciate everything that is thought to me. I enjoy challenges and work in an individual capacity as well as part of a team. I am never afraid to take on a new task and I will work to my best ability to complete the task at hand. I have natural leadership qualities and continuously display them in my daily functions. I am additionally well equipped to deal with the management of both people and operations, and have acquired these skills through my previous work experience.

i know how to co-operate with other people during working time, i know how to deal with a difficult situation, i accommodate all people equal, i treat costomers proffessinaly.

Willing to learn
I am an outspoken person who is willing to learn more learn deferent cultures and their languages willing to travel I have a good relationships with my co-workers. They always comes to me if they need some advice about how to do their job even about life I have learn the deferent between type A style manager and type b style I really enjoy my work especially when I have solve a conflict between employees when I have solve and objective I feel like I am on top of the moon the challenging aspect of my job is only when the production is late because we have to run to make sure that our delivery will be on time to our internal and external costumers

Excellent
The company that I'm working for is good and very consistent and considerate to its employees. But the robbery that occurs in the township as we are working with money is not tolerable as our safety is not guaranteed.

The Premier Way
The day would start with morning coffee INVOCOM, discussing yesterday, work completed, snags etc. planning and requirements for the new day and job card discussions, time keeping etc. business planning and meeting scheduled visit suppliers and negotiate deliveries and cost, services & just building on the relationship. respond to emails and conducting workshop inspections on workforce to assist with advice or querries. assisting to get the job complete and looking back at the final product. once the job is signed of and the check sheet is completed, it is a success story

Excellent learning ability and deligent communication.
We communicate daily about the work progress involving everyone in the business. Any gaps that might evolve is communicated and together come with the solution to control it. If any complex issues ,we treat them with respect and understanding each other role. I learn that when you have any difficulties communication is very important and that it keeps you up to date. I enjoy working with people ,socialize with them and like to learn new things .I like to work independently with or without any supervision.
Pros: Interested on communication and Flexible to changes .
Cons: Prepared to work on agreed times and also available when I am needed.

Excellent working experience
The job I did required me to be at work everyday. Even if I'm not at work I would be called to come in. Some days I will be called at night to come in. I got used to it but it was draining. Because I would wake up and go to work, come back in the morning to freshen up and go back which ended up being working 3 shifts back to back. The saddest part is that there was no appreciation after all that.
Pros: No room for growth
Cons: Every day work
