Premier is company that create good working environment and its a high perfomance culture and it normaly work with different culture its a diverse company, its a team working company.

I'm a very hard working with good communication skills and very good experience in driving

Working as driver salesman at Premier have improve my communication skills between me and my customers. My duty is to make sure that my vehicle is in the good condition to be used. And to check stock I'm going to deliver if it is in good for my customers, checking of stock the customer has take return if required. And advise the customer for the next order if needed. And checking my POD's and make they are no outstanding POD'so.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion

Terrible management

Too much politics within the company and top management covering up for abuse carried out by lower management towards staff. No work life, personal life balance. Not much room for growth. HR does not protect staff.

Under pressure

There is a continuous pressure to work unde, there are days we don't have time to have lunch break. No assistance from management to plan efficient work flow. We have to work under staffed

Working across multi-categories is challenging and stretches oneself.

Project meetings are held weekly where tasks are discussed. Marketing briefs on projects and development starts. R&D reverts on what is achievable and what is not. Protoypes are developed with formulations followed by scale up in factory. Marketing approves and the product is then launched into trade.

Excellent learning

The computer I am working it is a good one ...the problem is the take time to take us for training. This company it is a big company in the world and like the way we work because we work as team . the only problem is we don't get training facility in time

Pros: It is very nice to work here
Cons: Working hours is 8 hours form monday to Friday and on weekends is 12 hours

Me in the workplace

Generally dailyi assist the receptionist with answering and diverting the switch board calls. Trying to see i can best serve my internal and external customers. Every day is neva the same on a particular it could be very busy and the next day you could hear a fly pass. My relationship with my co-workers is what i treasure most. I have a very good understanding and relationship. I listen, help and advice when and ever possible. I know when to keep by myself and when i must step be of assistence to anyone.

Pros: Yes definately a great oppertunity to grow.
Cons: When no one listen whe u try to help or warn.

Gainingvital important experience in managing FMCG from entering, storing , picking an dispatcing thereof. Manage shrinking to atbleat least ast less than 5%
