I order everything the company needs from drawings, i work closly with the factory staff, I send the driver to collect all materiaal needed urgently .

Cons: Management changed and cant work with new management

New experience in sales and marketing

Its good environment that is healthy and not toxic. Every day its a new day with new challenges. Very good employees and the peaceful team with smile mostly. I have learn good skills to do the rigging and the signs. interacting with the installers on daily basis. Resolving customer queries/complains and leaving customer satisfied. The delaying of production not meeting deadline as per production plan.

Pros: More opportunity for growth.
Cons: 24/7 working hours
