Learned to work under pressure

lack of growth salary not even close to market rated for the position or promotions the culture in the organization does not promote team work but instead competition the chain of command does not actually work , employee are just randomly asked to step in other peoples responsibilities

Pros: great learning environment for entry level
Cons: no opportunity for growth

Excellent learning curve

The company that i worked for was I enjoy working with the Team as Every day was a challenge as the stock balancing become so interesting and i always make sure this get executed daily without failure , I have learnt a lot as the company was growing and the System changes ; ie have learnt how to do invoices in Sage and in Oracle I learnt to do reports , what i Enjoy the most was to communicate with the external suppliers

Pros: Great opportunity of Working Internationally
Cons: Warehouse was not maintain that makes it difficult to work in dust
