The company doesnt put everyone to school. Someare inderpaid just like me & growth is not even up for discussion I have tried means to talk to the management with no sucess or promose

Growth

Sending out +100 invoices to clients and allocating them as instructed by client. In 5 minutes answering +-30 phone calls and directing them to different departments or taking messages quickly without loosing any calls in-between. I have made friends in the company because we all rely on another, we may be in different departments however our work communicates because its a chain, that has made my communication skills to grow further. My listening skills have became excellent due to messages from outside office and inside office. My most challenging part of the job is language
