It can be be hectic handling a portfolio of 65 complex, my co-workers are cool people to work with. Its been a learning curve for me as i learn sectional title laws and property management industries

High work volumes

Adfdsffwerwerwrwerwehigh work vulumes. you will have to work un paid over time if you want to stay up to date. a lot of 'new' duties withourt salary compensation.

It has so many departments such as rental,commercial and sectional The directors are highly qualified and they also hire qualified candidates..
