Perfect in service training

It is not always about what happens to me at work but how I respond to it is what matters most around my colleagues we advice one another and we friendly towards each other and everyday is a brand new day I always learn a thing or two from my responsibility and my colleagues and one of my challenges that occurred is when a user was angry for having to wait such a long time for her computer to be fixed,at first I did not know how to handle that type of situation but I referred him to speak to my superiors about it and it was solved and I went back to them to find out how can I handle a situation like that in future and they gave me possible solutions and what I most enjoy at work is team work effort where me and my colleagues work together to reach a certain goal each day as it comes.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Providing support for more than 50 users alone but apparently they are new interns

Boring

It's limited in terms of learning curve. We do same things everyday. Colleagues are fine to work with sometimes you work like a student because they are all seniors. I haven't learned anything I don't know since I left varsity. I enjoy working nights most because of the way things go. The most challenging thing is working with patients who are restless

Pros: Great place if you want to retire
Cons: Normal working hours

Collecting, balancing and banking daily

Attending patients and collecting money. Billing of patients invoices. Tracing of panvoices. g patientss invoices. Working environment is friendly. And the relationship is good. We we even manage to work as a team. I have learned a lot, collecting, balancing and banking of money daily. Patient's rights and more. I enjoyed working with people and learning new things everyday. ts

Cons: 8 workings hours
