Learned a lot about people and the work enviroment.

Wages, any thing HR related. I have good relationships with my co-workers. The union has a very big say in what can and can not happen. I enjoy helping people. Most challenging is when there is something that the union pushes for, and we actually knows that it is going to become an issue.
