Challenging

A typical work day consist of constant small challenges and getting the job done effectively and efficiently. I am having a very good working relationship with all my co-workers due to the fact that I am implementing a world class leadership personality in the working environment and I am getting very good working efficiency results from that rather than to be old school traditional leadership. What I enjoy the most is to feel and see that the day was a day's job worth. The most challenging aspects of the job is planning but yet again enjoying it to see how things fall into it's plan according to plans.

Pros: Great opportunity as an fmcg environment.
Cons: long working hours
