Great at communicating and learning from others
- A typical work day would include getting daily tasks completed. Such as getting all accounts reconciled with all the necessary documents attached. Making sure everything is in order to ensure payment is done correctly. Having quick in between breaks to chat with co-workers about various work related topics. - My relationship with my co-workers is currently good as we are a very small company and we practically know each other quite well. - I have learnt many things within my time at my current job which includes some formulas on excel, how to do an internal audit, how to properly reconcile an account if there any differences and many more. - What I enjoy most is the fact that I have a small team to work with so we get things done quickly and more proficiently as we would in a larger group. - The most challenging aspects of my job is being able to handle too many tasks at once as all are important and my time management will not be accurate.

I am currently employed at Prime Projects as a Senior HR Administrator. I am registered for (HRM) Human Resource Management National Certificates N4-N6 and I’ve completed a Labour Relations course at CPUT. I feel that my character favors exposure to this complex field of studies . I can describe myself as hard working, loyal and studious person, which are qualities that had been well nurtured in my upbringing. I enjoy the challenge of team work and find a satisfaction in achieving set goals. I believe that I am well suited for the job as I’m a very open-minded, positive and extremely hardworking individual that will be an asset to any company. I am applying for this position as I’m young and eager to learn more as well as this opportunity will create a basis for my further development.

Love my work
My typical day would be managing contractors, assuring conformance of OHS act, Service Level Agreement, ensuring that specified materials being used are SABS or ISO approved, making sure that all work is carried out within the local by-laws and regulations. Obtaining CoC from contractors, signing off on checklist to ensure quality control, getting the client to sign off any changes on original scope of work. Assuring correct drawings enterpretation, pre planning of resource allocation, production rate remains stable to reach the pre planned milestone or target date. Assigning tasks to subordinates with deadlines, making sure that my site is not going over stipulated budget by controlling labour cost, and monitoring time.

Good experience
Good company to work for Daily task includes settings out of work and seeing that its get done correctly My relationship with colleagues are good I resspect them also listen to advise given to me by them cause sometimes your way does not always work out Working with architects that changes designs and see if you can accommodate them
