It's a great company gain lots experience from the company and many opportunitys I had a good relationship with my fellow colleagues what I enjoyed most was my job always gave the best of my ability and was committed in what I was doing

Well balance learning experience

its learning how plan as your day to day job save and sustain it . choose between want and need enjoying what you do • Marked up samples are used for quality checks • Monitoring and adhering to the quality system • In process cooling jigs and fixtures used • Monitor tool change over time are within targets and report problems to Manager. • Ensure machines are available for maintenance. • Check the Delinquent Board and act accordingly • Housekeeping, Environmental and Safety

Pros: great opportunity for growing as an individual with the vision aligned to the company's growth
Cons: not always achieving what one desire

Excellent learning curve

First thing first I go and check the planing board for the day and see where the management has placed me for that day.coz i was working as a setter and a operator. As a operator the first thing I'll do I will log into the OEE system then I will fill in the lay audit and quickly read instructions for that work station. Then I will commence working. As a setter I would check the planing board for the day which machine will hv tool changes then check if ever the machine are running efficiently I would also check mould protection if it's still alright,then I would prepare for the next tool coming in

Pros: Great company to work for always learning new things
Cons: Gossip on the floor which discredit other co worker
