A very hard road,curve

i sometimes work under pressure where by there wont be a cleaner at the store and the manager wants the cleaner now.i have to make sure that i get a cleaner in time so that we can avoid quarel.and to make sure that we dont drag the name of the company trow the mud.i have good communicating with both managers and cleaner and also my head office.i have learnt that always to take your job seriously at all times,and to treat clients and everyone with respect wheather young or old.i enjoy advising them on what to do when the manger is not happy because after i talk to them they deliver.challenging aspect is when i struggle to get a reliver for the store and when no one wants to go and work at that store.

Pros: i am willing to be a manager or supervisor

My to do liest

i have good relation with co-workers,clients must be happy at all times, i love driving and working with hands,getting the job done on time, conflicts at work,unhappy client,absenties. going home been sure that every thing is in order.

Pros: that will be a bonus
Cons: no problem, must be comunicated in time
