Building patience
My current job is done to ensure some sort of income while trying to find a job. I have recently obtained my degree in HR and Psychology and i am looking for any job that will help me gain some sort of exposure to my field. A typical day would include a task of feeding, bathing and making the baby sleep Creating some sort of routine while discipling her I have a very stromg relationship with my workers Learnt to have good patience and that good things take time I enjoy seeing her grow each day and all the things she learns Most challenging is trying to teach her new things and learning things about her

One,cannot Motivate People;One can only supply them with Tools/Opportunities to motivate themselves
As, Head of Sales/Marketing – heading up a Sales organization of eighteen people, to further enhance our footprint as the Leader in the Market, achieving CAGR of 9.6%, from 2013 to 2018 against a very ambitious target of 11% given to the South African Entity, from HQ in Germany. I focused on increasing Brand Awareness, Internally: Brand Loyalty with employees and Externally: Exhibitions/Tradeshows/Customer In-house Training/Tech days. Exhibiting at: EMA, Africa Rail, Windaba, KITE and EEC. We implemented a Lead Management System, supporting qualified leads from exhibitions. Commercial road maps were developed and implemented for the Entity and for the Sales Engineers, ensuring Market Segment focus and supporting the GDP growth in our nine provinces and for business development in the different regions in South Africa. Key drivers were Gross Profit margins, Net Profit margins and overall Revenue growth requirements in line with goals and objectives from HQ
Pros: I have been involved from Shop floor to Executive level in Industry. I had the privilege to engage with different level s of people, to Lead them, Motivate them and Managed them, to a level where Goals and Objective could be met and changing people’s lives. Ensuring that my team and I could differentiate our self from our competitors
Cons: By Managing a Team or People, one needs support from Team Leaders. One of the challenges to do this is to find the right people, with the right education and training, to support such a role. If one does not have a supportive team, then a lot of the responsibility lies on my shoulders, which can become a challenge
