Helping customers with their phones and i have learned how to talk with customer

I ei enjoy working as a cellphones technician because i help my customers to understand their phones ea and i love challenges as my job is is sily and i also love helping the salesperson that i work with

It's an entry level job that works on a contract basis

Procell is a cell phone based company. It deals with repairs and sales of mobile phone related technology. Accessories and devices. New employees start by earning R840 weekly for 6 days. Work starts at 07:50 daily and ends at 17:30. Employees have a 30 minutes lunch break. Employees then earn R960 after the probation period. Warehouse employees earn R4500 monthly after the probation period

Pros: It's great because at first you are offered a platform to learn even without experience
Cons: Long hours and you only work on contract without benefits

Excellent place to work and learn at.

Excellent place where one can learn and work at the same time. I have learned to work both solo and with a team. Also, I did acquire skills on how to deal with different types of clients. From an angry Clint to keeping a happy Clint . The most challenging part with my job was keeping the record as high as possible then dropping and I always kept it high.

Best place

I have good cooperation with my coworkers and we respect each other, and that's a place to learn and experience the corporate world. The challenges are there when you are solving customer problems, because you have to be cool and be positive so that a customer can understand you're willing to help. I have learned a sales and being a good Technician.
