A day in a life of a Technician at Procter and Gamble begins from being fetched by transport to work, getting Hande-over from a Technician already on shift, Shift's meeting before start ing with the shift (DDS). DDS (Daily Directive System, this is where we share area issues (problem statement), quality checks and deliver the report on DMS (Daily Management System). We work hand in hand as a team as I am working in an operational line producing diapers, we help prepare standards, DMS's and material preparation. It is a vibrant environment, gaming room (I personally enjoy) and canteen (subsidized meals). It is always a challenge when there is a breakdown that needs lot of down time as this creates PR (Process Reliability)loss on the line and affects the team's performance as we are rated per team and rewarded monthly.

Pros: Growth, System Structure,Transport to work, Technical Support.
Cons: Shifts falling on weekends,noise level high, injury possibility.

Great FMCG experience

I enjoy working with PLC and initiatives. Great team work from co-workers. I have developed great managerial skills with the 2 years experience from P&G.

Meaningful job

The types of roles and tasks assigned to me are very meaningful and not limited by my level. Work may start at any time, flexible work arrangement is available. Very young organisation in terms of people age. I have learned a lot including working with very diverse teams. I enjoy rare travel opportunities in my role

Excellent learning curve

I'm doing new things in this company getting new experience. Its a new company so I got to create processes and own them. I use my excel knowledge to the fullest as it is highly report driven. And I work on Pastel.

I learn new things everyday in my plant and am enjoying that am gaining experience

Worked for Procter and Gamble from 01 September 2018 until now.. I have learned how to work under pressure and how to work with many projects at the same time. The reason of checking finished product quality and working on reducing Consumer complaints. Am a fast learner.

Pros: The most thing I have enjoyed about quality is that, u don't take any offense or things personally u take the feedback and work on correcting your mistake
Cons: The longest hour at my company z 12 hours the other 4 hours is over time
