Learning Experience

Working at Production Logix is a learning experience. Every day is exciting because of new products to build. Working with the blue prints and the bill of material is extremely intricate and has to be 100% right first time . The engineers view the actual product once we have completed building them. It is most rewarding when the product is tested and it then goes into production. We do meet a lot of customers and they are also eager for their products to work. Turnaround time is important. Products have to be completed on schedule. The team I work with are friendly and we all work together to make things happen. I have good communication skills and always prepared to go the extra mile. Branch managing

I work in an electronic company it's a male dominated but because I am very good understanding different characters I have no problems at all.we do alarms car tracker etc.I am responsible for capturing receipt ordering stationery.arrange courier for goods coming and going.

Pros: noticed by the owner because of hard work
Cons: work in a men only environment

Receptionist / administation

it is factory orientated, was not used to the environment , but blended in it is a good company to work for but the salary is low nice people to work with and for. we supply electronic chipboards and remotes to Utility systems I have been there just about 3 months now. looking for a more stable office job.

Pros: can become supervisor quickly
Cons: salary offers are low

I am a hands-on individual, who can multi-task, effectively communicate with all levels, team player, dedicated and hard worker. I have a strong managing/leadership skills that easily wins resistance, unite/build team to ensure reliability/responsibility/accountability within team members. I always do follow-ups, go extra mile, give feedback/status in the form of report/presentation/public speaking to ensure deadlines are met at all times.

Excellent learning skills

I Stacy Govender working at production logix have learnt alot in the past 9 years that I have joined the company.. It has been a great experience out here. Learning new stuff every day and getting to communicate with people every day. In the electrical field you get to learn alot and I did. I must say it's an interesting field because u gain alot of knowledge. The thing I enjoy most about working in this company is that I get to learn alot and work with smart and friendly people. Challenging part is when you get a new job to do and you have to start from scratch by reading a diagram and follow the steps on your own. I as an individual love working here.
