I'm currently working as a quality control inspector in a manufacturing company. I have over 4 years experience in a quality department, I'm currently heading our quality department. I have worked as a lab analyst for a period of two years. I have studied chemistry and Biochemistry, also total quality management.

Pros: It gives you independence as a person to grow
Cons: It's a family company

A day at work

Currently I am working as supervisor over manufacturing dispensary doing colour matching and helping in R&D. I am an experienced internal auditor and in setting up QMS and the training there of.

Pros: It is a small family owned company, and you work in all departments.
Cons: Slim chance of advancement
