We are a brokerage company, everything was new to me but i have learned a lot.

I love what i do. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt how to solve quires and communicate direct with different medical aids. I enjoy most when a members problem has been solved. The challenging aspects is when i deal with a difficult member but eventually i claim them down.

Pros: Can work for one of the medical aids.
Cons: Little salary, no bonus or benefits.

We are a brokerage company, everything was new to me but i have learned a lot.

I enjoy working here, really gives me peace knowing that i am able to assist members have quires concerning their medical aids. I have a good relationship with my Co-workers. I have learnt how different medical aids operate. I enjoy helping members with their quires. The most challenging aspects is having to deal with difficult members but i handle them very wee, in calm and respectful manner.

Excellent environment for one to grow

Two months of working, then boom after December holidays they tell you that they going to retrench you due to financial burden all along they didn't know that?

Pros: It's a nice working environment
Cons: Being retrenched when least expected
