It is a lovely company with wonderful people everyday it is a new day to learn new things.

A typical work day is very informal, basically I start at 7:30 and I do all my work. I have a lovely relationship with my colleagues, mutual respect for all of them. I have learnt a lot about Social Media marketing, digital advertising and overall how to work with different personalities. What I enjoyed the most is that I had some free time to do some of my work. The most challenging part of the job is that people think you are on Facebook all day.

Pros: Great opportunity to travel.
Cons: Not corporate at all.

Auditing

- Daily analysis of the final product -Strict clean as we work policy -Hectic tasks in the lab -very diverse staff members -team work oriented environment -challenging in terms of conveying instructions to production staff - In the process of understanding that Quality is not a language spoken by many even with the upper management; therefore one must be patient and willingcto teach and train the constantly and be strict in enforcing quality standards.
