I've learned that some companies aren't as interested in your well being as they are interested in your daily output despite the fact that one has a resultant effect on another

It is am excellent environment to learn

I only work on weekends and my relationship with other employees is okay. I have leant how to do instore promotion, setting up stands and communicating with customers. I enjoy interacting with customers most than anything. The most challenging part about the job is that sometimes we meet cruel customers which is inevitable.

Pros: It is and good opportunity to know customers
Cons: Long hours and less pay
