Learn to cope with pressure

The Operations of Pronto Services is fast-paced. You have to work well under pressure, be willing to work after hours...some Saturdays and not watch the clock. As long as you are doing what you are employed to do - to the best of your ability - management is fair and accommodating. Management goes the extra mile by providing breakfast and lunch to their office staff - but it comes with a price. Due to the pressured environment, you cannot afford to take lunch breaks out of the office and smoke breaks are allowed, but not welcomed. There is a sense of camaraderie among the staff and they make you feel at home. You are not just another number, but part of a family. The company prides itself on professionalism and attention to detail when it comes to customer service.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion - but you have to earn it.
Cons: Pressured environment

Nothing to say not an easy firm to work fot

Love worker with my co workers but their was no structural way in the firm I learned a lot about transport truck and parts It was very challenging position
