I would list properties I have on the market for selling and rentals at our website which is automatically linked to private property and property24, screening potential buyers and check their ITC status as to avoid time wasters, set up appointment for viewing properties clients have enquired about, update my client database and liaison with the banks for bond application process and progress. I had a great relationship with my colleagues as we help each sell one another's property to avoid the over exposed of a property on the market. I have learnt the art of selling, importance of being a team player. Challenge was that no basic salary and you can become financial unstable if you do not sell consistently.
Pros: You generate your own pay cheque
Cons: You work unsupervised and the importance of time management.

I have NQ4 and NQ5 in Property. Have been an estate agent since 2013.
I make appointments of the day in the morning and also attend to some admin. I love interacting with people and my strengths are communication. I’m a good negotiator to ensure we get a good satisfactory from all parties. I have learned that a happy customer always refers friend and family.
