I WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN TEAM WORK.

i`m a enorcent person not talkative but if we communicate about work i`m interesr to do these communication because i gain something from people when we discouse about job we work, then i`m a hard worker not looking someonel else what he is doing i prefer to do my own thing.then i like to help people who does not understand the way we`re doing.i prefer to work under presure becouse it make me work fast and hard.i understand that some people don`t like under presure,on me it make`s to do a better job wethout mistake is ther were i learn this the time when i work protea coin in cash in transist until naw as i speack.the most challenge i see when i`m on dutty is to find myself not finished my job on time it make me upsent and not happy about my job im doing.

Pros: to work hard and having understanding what ever you do it helps end of the day.
Cons: working more time it gives somthing good on your team leader and shows your availability

Mostly strictly and be active always and clarity dealing with clients and customers

I deal with acc control and patrolling at the gate and vehicle's with bicycle and checking some monitor and cctv,shower customers directions of the apartments..

REACTION, COMPETENCY, ARM RESPOND

EVERY MORNING CHECK YOUR STAFF ARE THEY ALL AT WORK ,CHECK THEIR UNIFORM , GIVE THEM THEIR POST,DURING THE DAY PATROL CHECKING EVERYTHING STILL ALLRIGHT.YOU MUST WORK AS A TEAM WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS SO THAT THEY CAN RESPECT YOU.I HAVE LEARNT LOTS OF THINGS SUCH AS CATCHING THIEVES.THE MOST THING I ENJOY WITH MY JOB IS TO SEARCH PEOPLE BEFORE THEY KNOCK OF FROM WORK.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IS WHEN THE THIEVES ARRIVED SO YOU HAVE TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY OF THE COMPANY.

EXCELLENT WHEN STUDING AND OTHER

I AM GOOD AT WORKING AND I ALSO WORK IN ANY WORKING CONDITIONS I LOVE TO WORK WITH OTHR PEOPLE IN EVERY CONDITONS I WILL WORK EVERY JOB THAT YOU WILL GAVE AND ACEPET ANY JOB THAT YOU WILL GAVE TO ME I WLL ALL WAYS BE AT WOEK ON TIME NOMATTER WHAT WILL BE HAPPENDS I WILL BE AT WORK EVERYTIME YOU NEED ME TO BE THERE
