I need more challenges. Property too small and there is no way to grow in it

There is no chance for growth. As the property is too small. I work in more than one department but do not get paid for it as to the property can not afford me. But you can learn a lot because you will deal with more than one department does not matter your position or job title.

Cons: Low income

Good comoany

It is a great company to work for. You can learn a lot from them and ways of doing things due to it it the largest hospitality group in the world. Great career movements and opportunities.

Pros: Learn a lot, nice people
Cons: Can work long hours
