Appreciate the experience and knowledge gained

Ive been working at Protea Tyres for 4 months. Built enough experience and skills to handle any tough situations. I personally feel that I can do much better and believe one should be awarded for his hard work. If a company cant do as they say there is then no reason for one to work for them as there is other companies that do as they say and have better believes. I believe everyone should have there standards, dreams and what they want to achieve in life

Pros: I work from 07:00 to 19:00 at nights. Not the ideal time to work but lucky for me I could work those hours. It learnt me to do more than what is expected from me and shows determination. I do believe that there is work for me that I can be awarded for my hard work.
Cons: Long working hours, standby for the last 4 months

I'm a hard worker and I'm dedicated to my duties and very keen on health and Safety issues.

Imotivated in manner of safety environment and driven to quality management and successfully. I like working working wo with challenges .working area.

Pros: Working towards great opportunities.
