Good mental growth and learning problem solving skills.

A typical day would start of with admin work and making telephonic calls to consultants and clients. I have grown reasonably close with staff and co-workers interacting to complete project objectives. I have grown to manage time better as I would always help out co-workers and that had an impact on my productivity needing to put in the extra hours. The most enjoyable factor is to see a project come to completion and see a dream come a reality. The most challenging aspect I have encountered is to resolve problems that may affect the timeline of a construction project but would result in having to resolve the issues at hand for not a great delay in completion.

Pros: Good mental growth and learning problem solving skills.
Cons: No room for promotion and long working hours even out of office.

Fast paced office fit out company.

Office fit out and management company. Including design and counsel submission. Learned a lot about what counsel requires to give a OC. Enjoy meeting new people and working on different projects. Very fast paced environment with small timelines and smaller budgets.

Pros: Very good learning curve
Cons: Long working hours
