Great start in work life and student jobs

They offer a start in working life for beginners and students. There's favoritism, nepotism,overwprking and underlying. They always say if you're not happy with their standards we can "fuck off". They hire beautiful people only and the management treats black BAs like they amount to nothing. The managers and supervisors always use their position to threaten people that they'll lose their jobs. Most importantly, for some of us,they try by all means to make life hell. Other than that, they give working opportunities to their favourites and if you're not,when the campaign ends,so is your job. I wish to find a working environment that will recognise my work ethics and values and help me grow instead of demeaning my potential because I'm not a beauty queen. The coworkers are rude and they belittle people.

Cons: Long working hours,small pay,mistreatment,intimidation,bad working environment and violation of rights

Great expirience

knowledge of a good customer service Building a team that stick together had a great relationship with other employees There were get together with other employees from different places but same company Reaching am airtime wasn't easy at times

It’s a small company, there are a lot of promoters and we sometimes have to give each other chances but they definitely tell us when there are new opportunities

I have learned a lot from this company

This company has thought me to that I can do anything because I have been in different roles in the company but all roles are on contact base For me I need to grow so that I see my progress in a company
