I am Technical manager

A typical work day start of with every I do planning for the week upfront from. I have a good relationship with my fellow workers. I have learnt a lot at the company and are still learning everyday. I enjoy working with clients and and make sure they're satisfied with the service and products. Most challenging aspects of any jobs is to keep a good attitude., and relationships with clients and co-workers as people's personality differ from each other and to learn to be able to make it easier for everyone to work together and stay positive monday

Pros: Not much at this stage
Cons: They do not keep their word on discussion. No communication to staff. Overtime bonus and salary increase as per employee contract. Using my own vehicle and tools. Vehicle to be serviced and tyres by company. Also not done must do it self. Overtime never paid at all. When on leave go in everyday and Don not get the leave days back

I am now in Nelspruit due to Covid19 guarding the Nuts Factory.

PRSS PRSS is a good Company based in Centurion and is full of opportunities if only one is determined to be in the industry for some time. The Company do have some opportunities for the eager ones whom have sold all of their soul to the industry as I am selling myself to your organisation, I will be waiting for your favourable response from you Morning.

Pros: No Promos
Cons: 12 hours and sometimes overtime

Character building atmosphere

It is a demanding job where one has to constantly monitor not only security officers but clients and their staff that they should adhere ti existing operational proceedures.Therefore eradicating loss through theft,negligence or otherwise.

Pros: great opportunity for leadership training
Cons: long working hours
