Leadership skills and adapting in different or new environment

It was a very proffesional environment having to adapt to it and working under pressure. The relationship with clleagues was great everyone encouraged one other. I have enjoy public speaking as it was part of the position to address students at times about any managerial issues or changes

Pros: Great opportunity to learn or grow in a proffesional environment
Cons: late night hours

Im a team leader and its lots of paperwork and labor work included

psa its a very nice company and I'm lucky to be part of the team by being their leader AND opening the the factory s. at psa its a lot of paper work and hard labor and what we do as a production team is powder coating and anodizing I'm a really hard worker the that got retrenched after working seven years for the company I'm really looking forward to a interview because I'm not one to let people down

Pros: well money is good and its a team effort from everbody
Cons: 40 hours
