An excellent company but in dire need of a culture overhaul.

Employees battling to adapt to new management requirements. New and hungry blood is required!! I have learnt more about business in the past 3 years than the first 11 years. I enjoy the entrepreneural management opportunities. Changing culture is the most challenging part of my job.
