I TRULY ENJOY MY WORK I'm a hard but clever worker I get on very well with all my colleagues I enjoy assisting clients I enjoy assisting clients telephonically and following up. I like to learn new things to improve the work flow I'm a great team player I care very much for my CEO and the Directors and respect them for the post they are in I enjoy coming in early to prepare for the day ahead. checking IT systems, HQ connections, boardrooms, offices, double diaries and the planning schedules including leave and sick leave for staff for the day I give accurate messages and e-mails and always give feedback immediately I can discern when something is an emergency or if it could be handled by some-one other than the Director. I am who you see and meet I have years of personal skills which cannot be taught but need to be learnt.

Pros: Being a happy person at work and home and earning my salary each day.
Cons: Covid 19 lockdown

Excellent Communication and happy Clients

dMy schedule varies widely every day. I spend most of my time in session with my clients, Suppliers and Assessors. A have a good relationship with my co-workers which requires trust, respect and open communication. I have learnt that an informed client is a satisfied client. What I enjoy the most in my work is to build a good relationship with my clients and suppliers so that we can become like a family. The most challenging aspects of my job is to reduce the costs of processing insurance claim and look at ways to become more efficient.

Pros: Great opportunity to meet different clients and Suppliers
Cons: No bonuses
