Work harderband get less compesated

Very very slow pase enviroment slow pace enviroment .there is no time managtn work harder and harder and get less payed .Hr making too much errors with salaries and get told it a mistake we will sort it out next month very unprofesaiomal managers

Pros: No progression
Cons: Long hours even on public holiday and get paid less
