No benefits and no allowances are paid no matter your shifts or nightshift you are working.Gaurds are being disrespect at this company.Working non stop without resting days.They don't obey the law regarding employment equity as the law require.

Area manager

the hours is heavy. to cover over 55 sites with guards. a work day start 05h00 then is to make sure sites is covered then meeting at the office and discuss the problems what we have at the moment. relationship with co-workers is good. you must have trust in people. the challenges in every day. but still I like to work with people.

Pros: there is but you must grow in the company
Cons: 13 to 15 daly
