I have learn't in this company patience, with my boss, with my colleagues and clients. A typical work day includes answering enquiries, placing bookings and logistics for production, keeping client abreast of any changes, coordinating the production process from start to finish, communicating with all staff and crew members concerned. I enjoy my clients the most, they make my job so fulfilling, the learning I constantly do everyday, I just absorb all the information I possibly can. The most challenging aspect is the work load, its a lot of paperwork, quotes and invoicing. Every client wants their paperwork done promptly whilst others appreciate undivided attention so every day I switch it up depending on the work load and master the needs of all my clients.

Pros: Working without any supervision or pressure from the top
Cons: The work load for one staff member

Trial & Error

Great and intimate place to work, though it may get difficult with one boss doing everything, often work is shared and one is not simply doing what is in the their job spec. I have learnt patience and working on my own deadlines, meeting my goals per day.
